20 mm highline webbing, specific for extreme lengths.

  • Material: 100% UHMWPE (Dyneema), 40 kN MBS;
  • Structure: flat 20 mm structure, soft edges, ribbed texture on the orange side;
  • Zero-stretch: elongation of 2,9% at 10 kN for extreme lengths;
  • Ultra-light + super strong: only 31 g/m + 40kN SIGMA MBS in sewn loops;
  • Anti-twist: two different contrasting colors to avoid twists;

SPLIT50 or SPLIT100 are fixed lengths with 1 sewn loop at both ends.

JUMANJI: enter the game and defy every limit

To develop JUMANJI, we focused specifically on three points:

  • Extreme strength
  • Staticity and precision
  • Performance over long distances

40 kN of pure safety

With its ultra-high tenacity UHMWPE core, JUMANJI stands out from traditional lines to offer you unparalleled strength. With an impressive MBS of 40 kN, it is built to withstand the most hostile conditions and the most intense loads, offering excellent resistance to abrasion and wear.

Rely on a breaking load that guarantees you absolute peace of mind, allowing you to focus only on your breath and the next step towards your goal.

Absolute precision with extremely low stretch

The other strength of this line lies in its surgical staticity, which will give you a feeling of total control: vibrations are sharply dampened and the response underfoot is always direct and predictable.

Whether you are facing the void for hundreds of meters or seeking the cleanest walk, this line transforms every step into a firm and secure movement. Furthermore, its near-zero stretch makes it incredibly efficient to tension, saving you precious energy during rigging.

Designed for the unknown and extreme lengths

Thanks to its featherweight and 20 mm profile, this webbing performs best over long distances. It has been developed to optimize your physical effort, minimizing fatigue both when carrying it in your backpack and when walking it. On one hand, the ultra-light design drastically lowers the weight of your backpack during long and tiring alpine approaches to the most isolated spots. On the other hand, the reduced section cuts through the air, drastically reducing the sail effect by 20% compared to classic 25 mm lines, keeping the line docile even when the wind is no longer your ally.

Whether you need to connect two pristine peaks, travel light for an expedition, or push your personal distance record, JUMANJI will allow you to get where others stop.

Produced and tested in Italy

This webbing has been designed, tested, and entirely produced in Italy. Every batch is verified with specific tests on the breaking load and fiber integrity.

    What is the 3 SIGMA MBS in the product data sheet?

    Hi! Does the 50 meter longline kit come with webbing that has 2 sewn loops? Thanks! SIGMA is an element of statistical calculations, which allows to display a products’ guaranteed strength value throughout its manufacturing process. Therefore, it is related to product safety.

    During the testing process, the greater the differences between the 10 recorded values, the higher turns out the sigma value.

    For example, for 10 carabiners tested, their ten recorded values are usually different and not the exact same:

    24,9 | 25,9 | 26,2 | 25,6 | 25,8 | 24,7 | 25,5 | 24,7 | 26,0 | 25,7 kN

    So which value to take into account to display the MBS (Minimum Breaking Strength) value?

    We first calculate the average:

    (24,9 + 25,9 + 26,2 + 25,6 + 25,8 + 24,7 + 25,5 + 24,7 + 26,0 + 25,7) / 10 = 25,5 kN

    We then calculate the variance:

    24,9 - 25,5 = - 0,6    (-0,6)2 = 0,36

    25,9 - 25,5 = - 0,4    ( 0,4)2 = 0,16

    ...and so on for the 10 measured values.

    We add those 10 results:

    0,36 + 0,16 + 0,49 + 0,01 + 0,09 + 0,64 + 0,064 + 0,25 + 0,04 = 2,68

    And we create the average:

    2,68 / 10 = 0,268

    The variance is even to : 0,268

    SIGMA (standard deviation) = square root of 0,268 = 0,5176

    The maximum value displayed on the carabiner would be:

    average of 10 carabiners = 25,5 kN

    SIGMA = - 0,5176

    Displayed Value = 24,0724 kN

    What you should know in particular about the 3 SIGMA safety margin?

    We use the 3 SIGMA method to calculate the MBS.

    We multiply the SIGMA for 3 (this is why it is called “3 SIGMA”) to boost the prudency in the MBS calculation.

    Taking the 10 previous carabiners as an example:

    The average of those 10 carabieners is 25,5kN

    3 SIGMA (3 x 0,5176) = - 1,5528

    Displayed value = 23,0472 kN
