Our mission is to produce slackline products that make happy all slackliners around the world.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, write to us and we will do our best to solve the problem, including of course replacing the product or refunding the purchase.
If one of the products you received might be defective or not compliance with what you ordered, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible and inform you how to proceed.
You can always return a product for any reason. You have 30 days to do it.
To send us the product you want to return, you have three options:
1) Send us by post or by a courier of your preference: proceed to send the return to SLACKIT SRL, Via San Giovanni Bosco 38, Leffe 24026 Italy.
2) Use Spider's return service:
- ITALY: use the GLS collection service https://www.gls-italy.com/it/spedire-con-gls/prenotazione-ritiro to send us your parcel. Simply indicate the port assigned to SLACKIT and book the collection. The collection must be booked for the afternoon, in the notes of the collection the words "To be charged to SLACKIT S.R.L Unipersonale" must be inserted. This service costs is 10€ which will be deducted from the refund.
- EUROPE: contact us at email@example.com, writing the day, date and address where we can book the collection of our courier. This service costs 20€ which will be deducted from the refund.
- EXTRA EUROPE: Normally we do not accept returns for orders outside the European Union. If you need to send any of the products back to us contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will look for a solution together.
3) Bring the return directly to the factory, we suggest you to write us or call in advance to make sure that we are in place and not out Slacklining!
A product can be considered not suitable for return for two reasons:
- The return was made over 30 days after receipt of the goods.
- The product is damaged, with signs of wear or is not in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact and without additional labels. For example, if you give us back a webbing, it cannot have been used in the park once and then returned.
If during the check our technician judges that the product you have returned is not suitable, we will not be able to accept it and we will be forced to return it.
You can decide to make a new order, in which case we will send you the product unsuitable for return together with your new order for free.
If instead you don't want to make a new order then we will send it to you:
In Italy we will send it to you with a shipping cost of 10 €
Outside Italy we will send it to you with a shipping cost of 20 €
When the package is in our warehouse we will check that the product is not defective and we will start the refund.
If you paid via PayPal or credit card, we refund directly to the same account
If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, write us together with the order number, an IBAN or a PayPal email on which to make the refund
We will refund the full amount you paid for the purchase of the product; shipping costs will not be refunded.
We remind you that if you paid for your order with PayPal you are entitled to a refund of the shipping costs by PayPal itself.
The refund procedure will start immediately when the returned goods have been checked and we will have made sure that the return is suitable.
The repayment timings vary according to the method used:
4-5 days if we refund to a PayPal account
10 days if we refund on a credit card or bank account by bank transfer.
