Backup, safety system for slacklinining

Locks the ratchet and metal parts in the unlikely event of accidental webbing collapse. Select from these 2 back up options:

BACKUP SLACKLINE for low tension slacklines, up to 25 m. Total rope length 4 m, static with carabiner for quicklink;
BACKUP TRICKLINE for medium high tensioned lines, longer than 25 m. Total rope length 6 m, semistatic rope to increase the safety factor.

BACKUP KIT for slackline

The BACKUP KIT has been designed to fix the ratchet of your Slackline to an anchor. This system allows to protect the user and anyone around them in case of accidental collapse of the system.

Tie the rope to the tree and hook the other extremity to the ratchet, like this, in case of unexpected break of tape, the ratchet remains attached to the tree.

Why is it advisable to always have the BACKUP KIT?

Our BACKUP KIT is very important to guarantee a higher safety for the use of a slackline with high tension. In the remote possibility that a component breaks, two situations might occur:

If it is a metal component to break, it could fly towards the anchor and the slackliner;

If the slackline breaks, the metal components can also fly towards the respective anchors.

The BACKUP KIT prevents the sudden release of slackline tension, and avoids the risk of accidents.

Some precautions during the installation of the BACKUP KIT

The use of this simple system requires compliance with some particular precautions:

The rope must wrap the tree completely and then be attached to the ratchet;

Apply a tight knot to the backup rope, leaving the rope loose, without tension;

During the slackline tensioning process, install the backup as soon as possible, remember that an incident can occur at any time;

Se vuoi utilizzare la tua trick tranquillo, senza il pericolo di farti male, sicuramente il backup é un accorgimento importante. facile da agganciare, leggero e maneggevole insomma se ci tieni alla pelle ne vale sicuramente la pena!!
