Write the story: ride a 2114m long highline, at a height of around 600m. In July 2021, an international team made up of athletes from all over the world accomplished an unprecedented feat, in the evocative setting of the Abisko National Park (northern Sweden). Two peaks, Nissuntjårro (1,738m) and Tjuonatjåkka (1,554m), connected by an iconic "U" valley battered by strong and cold winds. An incredible team work, starting from the rigging and derigging operations carried out in record time; and by the tensioning of the 17 mm Skydiamond SPIDER Slacklines webbing, chosen because it is light and with a reduced surface, designed for less oscillation. A feat completed by athletes Quirin Herterich, Lukas Irmler, Friedi Kühne and Ruben Langer, with an average travel time of 1.40 h: we called it STOCKHOLM SYNDROME and we can't wait to go back!
