SLACKLINE A-FRAME STAND

Resistant, lightweight and handy. A must when working with ground anchors. These stands are high resistant wood structures, hand made according to a tested cutting scheme.

They are rounded at the head area to ensure a comfortable, not sharp surface for the slackline.

Remember to consider a bigger height if you plan to use a mattress underneath the slackline!

The most simple system to raise the slackline from a ground anchor

M (line height 110cm): Perfect for soft ground, like grass or sand and tatami mats up to 4 cm of height.

L (line height 120cm): Suitable for mattresses up to 15 cm like a folding crashpad.

XL (line height 170cm): For high mattresses up to 30 cm. NOTE: expert trickliners want the webbing at least 170cm high from the ground. Only for expert trickliners.

SET UP - INSTALLATION:

Depending on the height of your anchor, the stand must be positioned at a MINIMUM DISTANCE:

Anchor point at the ground or at wall a height <30cm: The stand should be placed at least 2,5 times further away from the anchor. EXAMPLE: a 110cm tripod anchored to the ground, must be 2,5x110cm = 275cm away from the anchor point.

Anchor point at medium height> 30 and <70cm: The stand should be placed at least 1,2 times further from the anchor. EXAMPLE: a 110cm tripod anchored to the ground, must be away 1,2x110cm = 132cm away from the anchor point.

High anchor point > 70cm: The stand should be placed at least  0,6 times further away from the anchor.. EXAMPLE: a 110cm tripod anchored to the ground, must be away 0,6x110cm = 66cm away from the anchor point.

The SLACKLINE A-FRAME STAND can be used on every type of ground?

Of course, it can rest on every type of outdoor surface like grass, sand, pabble, asphalt and every indoor surface like wood, linoleum etc.

Can I use it for TRICKLINING? 

Yes, of course. We suggest to choose the L or XL size, based on the thickness of your mattresses. 

Pay attention

Before starting the Trickline training, it is very importat to make sure the ground or the surface (on which the Frame stand rests), has got a high degree of friction, so the energy pushes fully on the leg of the Frame Stand. 
The overload, where there is no friction, may result in slipping and enlargement of the frame's legs over the maximum extension (worst case, they could break).

In situations like these, to avoid the problem, you can use a piece of rubber or one of our TREE PROTECTIONS between the wood legs and your slippery surface.
