2. Arms' length - bend your legs, measure the distance between shoulder and wrist.

3. Legs' length - external side of the leg, measure the distance between the hip and the ankle.

4. Crotch's length - distance between crotch and the lower end of the ankle

5. Circumference of the neck - the widest point of the neck, just below the larynx.

6. Chest - the widest point of the chest, just below the pits.

7. Waist belt - do not squeezing it, just below the belly button.

quarzo xs too small for an adult

I am a girl 48kg quite small. I bought QUARZO XS and it resulted uncomfortable maybe because is too small or maybe the belay loop is too short, I dont know, looks like is for a kid.
