Classic forged aluminum Highline ring

Ultra light aluminum ring, forged to obtain a smooth sliding surface, anodized to increase its resistance.

Inner diameter of 60 mm and a breaking strength of up to 35 kN.

Why is the aluminum ring better than a steel one?

Always used as pair, these aluminum rings guarantee great protection as highline safety ring to connect your leash to the Highline.

Steel is ductile and can deform, while aluminum always guarantees its shape.

The aluminum ring is lighter than a steel one.

Furthermore, its rather large diameter makes it easier to slide over SPLIT connections.

Why using 2 rings instead of just one?

FORGED ALUMINUM RING has a breaking strength of 35 kN. We recommend to use two rings not to increase the strength of the system, but to increase the impacted surface on the webbing and dissipate with more efficiency the fall's energy.

To keep the two rings always together, we recommend to tape them on the outside with electrical tape.

Warning

Not suitable as an anchor, only to be used as a leash ring.

Always make sure to fully read and understand the user manual before using highline gear.

Indispensabile e super scorrevole

Ho acquistato questo anello per il mio setup da highline e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La qualità dell'alluminio forgiato si sente subito: è leggerissimo (solo 48g) ma dà una grande sensazione di sicurezza e solidità con i suoi 35kN di carico.

La finitura anodizzata è perfetta, senza spigoli vivi, il che garantisce uno scorrimento fluido sulla fettuccia e riduce l'usura del materiale. Solitamente ne uso due nastrati insieme come consigliato per distribuire meglio il carico in caso di caduta, ma anche singolarmente la fattura è eccellente.
