ABYSSES BOUNCE THE LINE

The ABYSSES webbing has been specifically designed for intense bounce practices. Lovers of a real bounce spirit can stop using their line horizontally, now is time for new, vertical dimensions.

Bounce warrior wanted

This extremely stretchy webbing can be quite tricky to rig in a park, therefore we recommend this line for highline only. You will need to rig it with some higher tension for it to become like a real present to all bounce warriors.

In addition to its polyamide (Nylon) fabric, the webbing got a special treatment leading to increased elasticity and higher bounce capacities even on low tension set-ups. Elasticity is at 5 kN already at 9.6% and 15.2% at 10 kN.

Soft edges and water resistance

Our ABYSSES has a very high minimum breaking strength at 32 kN, which makes it the perfect and secure Highline choice.

It has been specially dyed to achieve its excellent UV resilience. Its specific teflon coating treatment makes it ultra resistant to heavy dust, dirt and other outer influences. Teflon is a perfect hydrophobic component, a guarantee for this webbing to stay light and rather dry during wet or rainy conditions. 

The specially weaved round, pillowed edges and silky outlines make you feel a rather silky sensation when handling the line with hands and feet.

What is the difference between the BY METER webbing, the SPLIT50 or the SPLIT100?

If you already have a regular training spot, with a predefined length in which to install a longline, e.g. 30, 45 or 70 m, then you can choose to purchase the webbing with the PRICE PER METER model by selecting the length you want (quantity 33 = 33m), and if necessary you can purchase a SEWN LOOP for one or both ends separately.

However, if you already want to consider connecting several lines together using INOV' SPLIT technology, you want to choose the SPLITS of 50 or 100m length. 

Choose the CLASSIC or JUMBO protection Sleeve

Before being sewn into a loop, the webbing is threaded into a tubular webbing that acts as a protective anti-abrasion sleeve. We offer two different kinds of protection sleeve:

• CLASSIC: it is a single, tubular layer protection and is ideal for most common situations, such as with shackles or carabiners.
• JUMBO: is an innovative, new system with a tubular, double layer of protection, which increases abrasion resistance and makes the use of small connectors (such as the Ø4 mm SOFT SHAKES or the Ø5 mm diameter dyneema ropes) concernless.

The ABYSSES has been designed, tested and developed by Slack-Inov in France. It has been produced in collaboration with our expert athletes who we let choose its main, most important performance-based and technical characteristics, in order to offer you the perfect bounce-line.

Every batch has been tested with appropriate machinery to check breaking strength and the fiber integrity after the production.
