Experience the Slackline from zero to one hundred
An adventure in the world of balancing, very playful in the company of an experienced instructor who will accompany you from your first steps on the line to your first static or dynamic balancing movements or, why not, to challenging figures.
A very practical approach to the discipline that will allow you to acquire the necessary knowledge to continue independently, while keeping in mind the theory and safety.
Installing a slackline requires experience, and both theory and practice must be applied. The theory can be studied in books, while the practice requires repeating the process many times and internalizing it. All this and more in a complete immersion in the world of slacklining, from dawn to dusk.
Who is the course for?
- Lovers of sliding sports, gymnastics, yoga or climbing who know how to mobilize their body in space and are looking for a fun way to stimulate themselves in a new discipline.
- Beginners of slackline, who already know how to walk on a slackline up to 20 m, but who have never been on a longline before.
- Intermediate slackliners, who have mastered slacklines of at least 20 m, and who wish to acquire more technical knowledge and learn to install safely.
An instructor during the day will be able to indicate which exercises are best suited to the participant's experience to make the course as focused and enjoyable as possible.

The workshop is designed to be a one-day weekend course, during which you can learn in-depth walking and balancing techniques and put them into practice through many hours of practice with the instructor.
