Stainless steel D Shackle

Forged from 316 stainless steel with high resistance to corrosion, our D shape is a compact shackle with a big variety of usage in your slackline rig. For example, connecting a narrow surface, such as the end of a pulley, with a large part, like the eye of the rope, becomes possible and easy with the D shackle.

  • 6 mm 16 kN 0,4 T WILL: to connect a 6 to 8 mm Ø rope to the pulley system, or to connect a STAUP brake to the SLACKIMOUFLE pulley or  our MINI DOUBLE pulley;
  • 8 mm 26 kN 0,6 T WLL: to connect a 9 to 11 mm Ø rope to your pulley or in an embedded base 9:1 pulley system to connect the inner pulleys the outer pulleys. Also to attach a rope brake like our BE UP, GRIGRI, SPARROW to RIGGING PLATE.

Stainless Steel D shackles are the perfect connectors to use within your set up of a pulley system. Its shiny and smooth surface prevents cuts on ropes, webbings or any soft material.

It is basically suitable for any usage, where the shackle is not loaded with 100% tension on the main system.

Great for pulley system

Used to tie the rope directly to the pulley until I managed to cut threw it one day, thus I invested into this and it's great does its job:)
