Very fast delivery from Italy, which is nice. Futher more the stuff I ordered was al good as expected and I'm enjoying my slack line.

Super fast delivery. Due to complications I had to contact you, answers arrived just in time and clearly stated what to do next. Maybe you could include the reference code of the order in the order confirmation online as well. There is only an order number which is to be included In the bank wire payment reference, the actual reference code is only stated in the email - I suggest making both information, reference code and order number, redundant in both inline and email-confirmations.
